Job Title: Two-Year-Old Teacher

Salary: $13.00 to $14.00 per hour

Hours: Full-time, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Job Description:

Are you passionate about guiding toddlers through their crucial developmental years? As a Two-Year-Old Teacher, your role is vital in ensuring our students' basic and educational needs are met. Get ready to unleash your creativity, energy, and ability to encourage self-expression!

Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons to promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Encourage self-expression through understanding, flexibility, and positive reinforcement.
- Attend to students' basic needs, including feeding and dressing.
- Mediate conflicts and model appropriate behaviors.
- Maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment.
- Collaborate with families to understand students' home lives.
- Track and communicate students' progress to parents.
- Attend parent and staff meetings to contribute to our educational community.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience working with young children, preferably in a similar setting.
- Basic first aid training is advantageous.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 70 pounds.
- Warm, approachable demeanor with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
- A genuine passion for early childhood development.
