We are seeking Contracted CLASS Observers who are interested in conducting Pre-K, Toddler, and Infant classrooms.

Essential Functions and Basic Duties :

Conduct scheduled CLASS observations

Code observations

Complete debriefing forms

Upload completed observations into the CLASS EC Portal

Complete the above duties in accordance with the Children's Coalition Lead Agency CLASS protocol

Qualification Requirements :

Must have at least 2 years' prior experience working in the early care and education programs; which may include childcare, Head Start, Early Head Start and school system programs.

Certification through Teachstone as a reliable CLASS Observer preferred. Teachstone CLASS certification may be provided for otherwise qualified applicants willing to become certified.

Must pass a child care criminal background check.

Compensation :

The Children's Coalition for Northeast Louisiana will pay contractor at the rate of $200 per completed CLASS observation.
