We are looking for an enthusiastic, fun, and flexible Receptionist to join our amazing team! At full staff we have 2 team members at the front desk, who share duties. Do you have the hunger to create memorable connections with kids and families? Can you turn a frown upside down? Join a team that is committed to changing the experience of how kids view going to the dentist!
No prior experience? That's okay! We are happy and willing to train someone who is hungry to learn and is looking to grow. Come make our office your forever home and our team your family!
1 year or more experience with Insurance Verification is a big plus, a bright and bubbly personality is a must! We are a digital office and use Dentrix software. Knowledge of Dentrix dental software and experience scheduling is a plus, but we can train the right person to learn the Dentrix software. Basic computer and proficient typing skills required, as well as good phone communication. Experience with children (inside or outside dental setting) is a definite plus, outgoing and positive attitude a must! Bilingual also a big plus - Chinese, Russian, Spanish, Ukrainian, Vietnamese, others?
