We are looking for an amazing Dental Financial Coordinator to join our West Los Angelespractice!
A minimum of 1 year as a pediatric/orthodontic dental office manager; must have a thorough knowledge of dental billing, insurance PPO/HMO plans along with Denti-cal. The high priority candidate will have a great attitude and a strong work ethic. Please do not apply if you do not have dental experience.
Ortho Coordinator Job Duties:
- Treatment planning.
- Familiar with financing such as Care Credit/Lending club.
- Familiar with electronic billing and billing knowledge.
- Able to meet monthly production/collection goals.
- Knowledge of Dentrix a plus!
- Knowledge Dentical, PPO and HMO Billing
Desired Profile/Background:
- MUST LOVE WORKING WITH CHILDREN.
- Previous dental front office experience highly preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
- Upbeat personality is a MUST.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Clean, neat professional appearance.
- Bi-Lingual Spanish desired.
- Must be available to work on Saturdays.
