Summary:
Works with business relationships operations of the Technology Business Management team. Supports all aspects of the department's relationships with business owners and IT owners, guides discussions with groups to ensure IS and Operational alignment. Works with Application Portfolio Manager and Apptio to bring information to the end users and business owners to provide transparency and information to allow business decisions to be made based on clear and concise information. Participates in process development and establishes procedures and policies governing business relationship materials and meeting cadence. Assist business owners and IT leadership with aligning IT plans to changing business priorities. Improve cross-functional planning, agility and transparency. Partner with stakeholders to enhance Technology Business Management Taxonomy. Partner with stakeholders to identify and realize opportunities and mitigate risk Apptio Specific Requirements. Collaborate with IT Finance on IT Total Cost of Ownership, Financial metrics, and cost transparency initiatives. Develop measurable performance indicators. Direct report to the Sr. Director of IS Business Relationships and must be capable of effectively driving innovation and change. Will be required to step into the role of Sr. Director of IS Business Relationships when this individual is not present.
Responsibilities:
Advanced analytical and big data analysis skills
Ability to work efficiently and effectively with multiple levels of management and staff across the organization
Understanding of IT infrastructure domains including data centers, network/communications, server utilization, virtual environments, storage, and application development
Knowledge of IT services and financial management processes and best practices such as budgeting, cost allocations, capital & operating expense handling, program portfolio management, and application/infrastructure support
Strong leadership and organizational skills - capable of motivating and managing organizations or teams to deliver desired results
Strong ITIL or Service Management background

  • At least 5 years Operational experience supporting operational leaders / teams. Proven track record of increasing areas of responsibility and effective relationship building. Req
