What You'll Do:
- Meal Preparation: Fulfill menu requirements and serve meals.
- Cleanliness: Wash pots, pans, trays, dishes, and maintain a clean kitchen and storage areas.
- Food Management: Transfer items from freezer to refrigerator for next day’s meals, label and date leftovers, and take out kitchen trash.
- Safety and Hygiene: Take and record food temperatures, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwashing machine temperatures, and maintain personal cleanliness.

Requirements
Experience/Education/Skills:
- High school degree or GED required
- must be at least 18 years of age.
- Experience in large quantity cooking is desirable.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Requires standing for extended periods of time. Exposure to tools, utensils, equipment, and cleaning materials, requiring attentive and safe utilization.
Must successfully complete all required background/pre-employment checks. EEO/AA.
