Borsheims is looking for afull-timeJewelry Factory Repair Associate to join our team. At Borsheims, we take pride in providing our Signature Service to every customer, and you will play a vital role in helping us do that.

Our Jewelry Factory Repair Associate is responsible for processing merchandise and repair orders for special requests and maintaining related documentation.

You will be asked to communicate with various team members about factory repair charges, job completion, pick-up dates, job complexities, etc.

If you have administrative experience, organizational and communication skills, and enjoy providing exceptional customer service, you may be the gem we’ve been searching for!

You Will :

Prepare, track and maintain documentation for stock and customer factory repairs, recording all relevant job information on the computer.

You will audit pending factory repairs to ensure arrival by promised delivery and prepare merchandise to be shipped.

Obtain bids for factory repair estimates, choose the best estimate and coordinate the repair cost with authorized pricers.

You will contact the sales associate or customer to relay the repair estimate and obtain approval for repair if needed.

Upon receipt, inspect the merchandise and reconcile it to the appropriate paperwork to ensure proper repair(s). You will forward merchandise for a quality assurance check.

Notify the sales associate and / or customer when the merchandise is received or if there is a delay in repair.

Perform the duties of other shop support positions as needed.
