Summary
  • GENERAL SUMMARY
    • The Data Coordinator performs a variety of data coordination, administrative and clerical support functions. Responsibilities include the creating and maintaining databases for the coordination, collection, analysis and reporting of data. Duties require workflow analysis, process improvement, problem-solving and project management skills. Must possess ability to interact effectively with a variety of internal and external contacts. Reports to department leadership.
  • ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Performs a variety of data coordination, administrative and clerical support functions.
    • Accurately collects, analyzes and collates data.
    • Obtains data from multiple sources and integrates into a database for retrieval and development of reports to enhance operations.
    • Performs other duties and specialized projects as assigned.
  • LICENSES AND/OR CERTIFICATIONS
    • None required.
  • MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
    • Associates degree and/or equivalent years of related experience necessary in order to gain knowledge.
    • Proficient in Microsoft office suite.
    • Previous work experience in data analysis and management.
    • Ability to analyze and problem solve independently.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills necessary.
    • Interpersonal skills necessary in order to communicate with multiple departments and various levels of management.
    • Ability to travel to various locations as required for the performance of job role.
  • WORKING CONDITIONS
    • Normal office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature and the like.
