As a member of the Guest Services team, this position will be the first and lasting impression for our patients and families and will support creating a welcoming environment consistent with our hospital values and culture of Patient and Family Centered Care. They will be an advocate, liaison, and problem solver for patients and visitors who enter our facilities and possess superb customer services and hospitality skills. They will facilitate the check in process for the hospital and assist the Guest Services Coordinators with carrying out responsibilities that improve the patient and family experience.

Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $17.56/hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.
This position is not eligible work remotely, which means that the person hired will be required to work onsite at one of our Children’s Mercy locations and may not work from home.
