As the Sr. Salesforce Administrator, you will be part of Children's National's growing Digital team, creating transformative systems, tools, and applications supporting Children's National Hospital's mission. The Sr. Salesforce Administrator is globally responsible for end to end the management of the Salesforce Health Cloud platform and other connected digital solutions. The successful candidate will have demonstrated success in improving business processes through deployment and adoption of Salesforce in healthcare or a related field. If you have a strong passion for healthcare and digital enablement using Salesforce, this role is for you.
Serving as the organizations expert on system capabilities, the administrator works closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify, deploy, and maintain best practices. The administrator will lead the development of business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, maintenance and security protocol, and configuration, alongside testing and deployment.
