SummaryJob Summary
Provides the expertise to effectively plan and execute events scheduled at the Bradley Lecture Center or other venues as may be assigned. Coordinates meeting logistics for internal and external meetings, contract negotiation, budget expenditure tracking, meeting materials (pre/post and on-site) preparation and implementation, and development. This position interacts closely and extensively with vendors and department meeting planners.
Education
High School diploma required. Associates degree in Event Planning/Communications, or Business preferred. (Additional years of work experience may substitute for college years.)
ExperienceMinimum two years experience in conference center setting or conferencing environments required. Audio/Visual experience in a health care setting helpful.
