Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Open the main billing office daily. Greeting visitors.
- Managing security and telecommunications systems.
- Answers calls promptly, transferring calls and records messages accurately.
- Managing meeting room, set-up, scheduling, availability.
- Receiving, sorting, distributing and dispatching daily mail.
- Preparing vouchers.
- Handling physician pagers and support.
- Orders office supplies
- Maintains files and office equipment.
- Prepares documents for meetings, projects, or reports.
- Ability to draft copy, review, edit and apply grammar, spelling and punctuation skills for accurate correspondence.
- Placing necessary maintenance calls/orders.
- Ensuring general areas are clean and maintained.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associates degree in business administration or secretarial program preferred
- Minimum two years secretarial experience preferred
- Medical office experience strongly preferred
Job Type: Full Time, No Remote, in office only. Monday – Friday from 8am to 4:30pm
