- Job Summary
Coordinates meeting logistics for internal and external meetings, contract negotiation, budget expenditure tracking, meeting materials (pre / post and on-site) preparation and implementation, and development.
This position interacts closely and extensively with vendors and department meeting planners.
- Education
- High School diploma required. Associates degree in Event Planning / Communications, or Business preferred. (Additional years of work experience may substitute for college years.)
- Experience
- Minimum two years experience in conference center setting or conferencing environments required. Audio / Visual experience in a health care setting helpful.
