Duties:

• Work with the Clinical Director and Operations Manager to establish systems and policies that support the growth of the program, including but not limited to arrival/dismissal routines for clients, assignment of admin duties to staff, maintaining cleanliness, and completion of daily duties (i.e. session notes).
• Cover opening/closing duties as needed
• Provide bathroom breaks to staff as needed
• Assist with emergent and unpredictable situations as needed
• Create materials for clients as needed and requested by BCBA
• Update staff schedules in our software
• Create weekly schedules for staff and clients
• Communicating schedules with families
• Communicating schedule changes with staff

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Obtain an active RBT credential
• Previous experience working with individuals with ASD preferred
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow directions and implement behavior plans accurately
• Reliable transportation to travel to Work or other designated locations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour dependent on experience
