Description. Chimera Enterprises International is seeking a Program Analyst to support the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Defense (JPEO- CBRND) JPEO-CBRND Medical Office. The JPEO-CBRND manages our nation's investments in chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear defense equipment, and medical countermeasures. battlespace worldwide. This position requires a Secret clearance.
Job Duties:
  • Support the program office's data input, review, and participation in the requirements development process, including the development and update of information concerning requirements traceability to acquisition processes and documentation.
  • Lead troubleshooting activities and issues.
  • Lead the training in communications and marketing.
  • Develop and execute integrated communication, public awareness, and outreach plans for bioengineering and medical programs, to include multi-faceted media campaigns.
  • Establish and maintain an effective working relationship with media representatives, public affairs personnel of other agencies, the bio-defense community, regulatory and scientific communities, and special interest groups.
  • Write, and review high-level staff action papers, studies, policies, and acquisition documents.
  • Manage, synchronize, and track multiple, complex, and cross-functional actions.
  • Support and analyze program execution and milestones, as well as their strategic impacts.
  • Stimulate customer alliances for project support, maintaining personal and organizational interactions to enhance stakeholder relations and actively promote rapport with customers.
  • Draft, review, staff, file, and update a variety of documents, to include press releases, articles, memorandums, information and issue papers, briefings, executive summaries, e-mails, and meeting minutes.
  • Lead the coordination of both internal and external conferences, meetings, and reviews for relevant stakeholders, ensuring that locations, phone, and video teleconference lines are properly booked for use; scheduling speakers; developing and providing meeting materials (e.g., day-to-day schedules, agendas, presentations and displays, etc.); and tracking action items as needed.
  • Support events in person and/or via teleconference, video teleconference, and web conference.
  • Develop meeting minutes and/or an executive summary.
  • Provide input to support annual, monthly, and weekly recurring reports, as needed.
  • Prepare situation reports, executive summaries, and briefings for Government review.
  • Support the various JPM CBRN Medical office locations as required.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Possess working knowledge of the DoD requirements development process (i.e., update JCIDS), the DoD 5000 systems acquisition process, and organizational acquisition policies.
  • Possess a comprehensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of software, with specific experience in the effective use of Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Possess the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, among a variety of audiences.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree and/ or 10 years of equivalent work experience.
Clearance Level: Secret
