**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a friendly and skilled Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join the China Dragon restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. **Responsibilities:**

- Greet customers in a welcoming and respectful manner, offering assistance and support as needed.

- Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods.

- Operate Doordash, Grubhub, and other online delivery platform services on the merchant end

- Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services, including technology sales, and wireless sales.

- Utilize retail math skills to accurately calculate prices, discounts, and change.

- Manage time effectively, ensuring that tasks are completed promptly and efficiently.

- Communicate with customers in both English and Spanish to provide a welcoming and inclusive shopping experience.

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards.

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers in both English and Spanish.

- Prior experience in a grocery store, retail, or related field.

- Proficiency with cash registers and point-of-sale systems.

- Strong understanding of retail math and the ability to accurately calculate prices and change.

- Experience with technology sales and wireless sales.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.

- Strong upselling and cross-selling skills.

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a team-oriented environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 per hour
