Job Description :

As a Salesforce Automotive Cloud Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, efficient, and high-performing solutions on the Salesforce platform tailored specifically for automotive industry needs. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions leveraging Salesforce Automotive Cloud capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and design scalable solutions leveraging Salesforce Automotive Cloud features.

Architecture Development: Develop architectural designs and provide technical leadership in implementing Salesforce solutions aligned with best practices and industry standards.

Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure Salesforce Automotive Cloud components such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Community Cloud to meet business requirements.

Integration: Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems within the automotive ecosystem such as dealer management systems, ERP systems, and third-party applications.

Data Management: Define data models, data migration strategies, and data governance frameworks to ensure data quality and integrity within Salesforce Automotive Cloud.

Security and Compliance: Implement security controls and ensure compliance with industry regulations such as GDPR and CCPA within the Salesforce Automotive Cloud environment.

Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural principles.

Documentation and Training: Create technical documentation, conduct training sessions, and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Salesforce Automotive Cloud solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect preferred.

Extensive experience (X years) designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Salesforce Automotive Cloud.

In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Community Cloud.

Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs for custom development and integration.

Strong understanding of automotive industry processes and requirements, including sales, service, marketing, and dealership operations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Experience leading and mentoring development teams in Salesforce implementation projects.
