Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Program Director to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our ADHC center. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Mandarin, with Cantonese language skills preferred, and possess a strong background in healthcare management, program development, and staff leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the ADHC center, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate programs that meet the needs of our participants.
• Manage and support a multidisciplinary team, including healthcare professionals, activity coordinators, and support staff.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, families, and community organizations to ensure comprehensive care for participants.
• Monitor and manage the center’s budget, resources, and supplies efficiently.
• Ensure a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all participants and staff.
• Conduct regular staff meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns from participants, families, or staff promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in healthcare administration, social work, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership role within an ADHC, healthcare, or social services setting.
• Fluency in Mandarin is required; Cantonese language skills are highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations governing adult day health care services.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and staff effectively.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our participants.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
