REQUIREMENTS:

-Ability to pass background check required, no domestic charges.
-Ability to work independently and efficiently.

EMPLOYERS PREFERENCE

-Willingness to work weekends is HIGHLY preferred.
-Prior experience in housekeeping preferred but not required; training will be provided.

DUTIES:

-Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
-Ensure all rooms and common areas are cared for and inspected according to standards.
-Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies.
-Notify superiors on any damages, deficits, and disturbances.
-Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
-Strong attention to detail.
-Excellent time management skills.
-Other duties as assigned.

HOURS:

-The position offers an average of 35 hours per week during the spring and summer seasons
-10:00 AM start time, normally off by 3:00 PM / 4:00 PM.
-Flexibility with scheduling is required, and availability to work weekends is preferred based on operational needs.
-Approximately 20-25 hours per week during fall and winter.

PAY:

-The starting wage is $15.75 per hour.
-Raises after training period.
