Position Summary:Provide HR support to local business teams.

Responsibility:

• HR Planning: Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of a business.
• Recruitment & Selction: Establish effective local recruitment resources, acquire talented candidate based on the business's requirement.
• Training & Talent Development：Implement talent development programs, conduct training projects to assist talent career development and long term business growth.
• Performance Management：Implement full-cycle performance management within the organization to ensure business goals can be achieved satisfactorily.
• Compensation & Benefit：Benchmark with the market, design motivating C&B mechnism to assist the business's development.
• Company Culture: Collaborate with HQ HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.
• Employee Relationship & Compliance：Maintain good employment relationship with the employee and handle those labor issues if caused, ensure local HR compliance based on the local regulations.
• HRM System Construction：Assist HQ HR team to construct global HR managemet system.

Requirements:

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision making skills. Critical thinker with success in developing innovative solutions to business issues.
• Coach and influence to achieve business results.
• High integrity/will stop at nothing to safeguard compliance standards and company values.
• Use knowledge of the business strategy or the ability to probe for required understanding of business strategy/context in order to properly align solutions or problem solving approaches.
• Make decisions that effectively incorporate global context and support necessary collaboration across org/geo boundaries.
• At least experienced 2 modules HR knowledge.
• Knowledge of global mobility is a plus.
