Team Member (Cookie Bar-ista) - Chip Cookies (Part Time)

Chip Cookies is the original gourmet cookie delivery company and was recently named by QSR magazine as one of the hottest fast casual concepts in the country. Our focus is #deliveringhappiness in the form of warm, delicious cookies made with premium ingredients for take-out or delivery right to customers’ doorsteps. Our beautiful stores offer a premium experience for our guests who can choose to customize any of our delicious cookies with our cookie bar.

We're excited to announce the opening of our first Nevada location in Las Vegas, and we're on the lookout for team members.

As a Cookie “Bar”-ista, you will exude your passion for delighting customers by baking and serving delicious cookies to our guests, and finishing them off “made-to-order” with our one-of-a-kind Cookie Bar. If you have a positive, friendly demeanor, and are a hard worker willing to roll up your sleeves to #deliverhappiness, we’d love for you to consider joining our team. This position reports to the Bakery Manager.

Salary: Starting at $12.00/hour tips (while tips are customer optional there is a potential to earn $2/hour with average tip amounts)

Job Type: Part-time

Required availability: Morning, afternoon or evening, 3 days a week, Monday - Sunday, including holidays when the store is open. Must be willing and available to work one weekend shift per week but can designate either Saturday or Sunday as unavailable. Expected to work 10-12 hours a week minimum.

Qualifications and Preferred Skills

• Willingness to put team before self

• Love of baking (huge plus!) and #deliveringhappiness (required)

• Have access to reliable transportation

• Ability to lift up to 40lbs

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests, fulfilling orders, baking and serving cookies, and accepting payment

• Restocking inventory

• Maintaining cookie flow

• Assisting with store cleanliness tasks

• Hold self accountable to Chip product quality and customer experience guidelines and food safety standards

• Can-do attitude and ability to resolve conflict in a professional, appropriate, and timely manner

• Assisting the Manager-on-Duty with other responsibilities as needed
