Objective: Audit and align client technology to Best Practices to eliminate reactive service requests
Essential Functions:
· Travel to on-site location to complete Client Audits & Open Alignment tickets
· Complete Alignment Tickets
· Communicate with Site Contacts
· Help with On-site tasks
· Direct End Users to Help Desk for issue remediation
· Communicate with Help Desk and Director of Client Success and Strategy
· Find innovative ways to eliminate technical risk and move reactive service requests towards zero
Additional Functions:
Experience/Skills Required:
• 2 years Network and IT experience
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Positive and enthusiastic self-starter and team player
• Comfortable with continuous work both within our office and at client location
• Understanding of technology use within a Business Environment
• Efficient Typing at 30 Words Per Minute
