211378 - Electro-Mechanical Assembler Industry MAN Region WA-Washington City Bothell State WA Rate Up to $21.00 DOE Duration 9 Months Description Chipton-Ross is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler for a contract opportunity in Bothell, WA.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Duties are performed in a production environment where some duties require the use of Personal Protective Equipment. Requires regular sitting, handling, fingering and feeling and occasional walking and standing.

Specific vision abilities required include close vision and color vision.

REQUIRED SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS :

Minimum 1 years of directly applicable experience as an Electro-Mechanical assembler.

Computer : Skills in operating computers and common software to use workplace Systems a plus.

Assemble, align and test complex electro-mechanical, opto-electrical, mechanical & electronic subassemblies according to product diagrams, schematics or samples.

Also clean & prepare parts for assembly.

Ability to select and use common hand tools such as torque drivers, soldering irons, screwdrivers, crimp tools and wire cutters.

Ability to grasp, hold and manipulate small objects repeatedly and for long duration. Ability to read and interpret production or engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, test instructions, assembly drawings, work orders, procedures and safety rules.

Ability to determine sequence of operations from sketches, samples, and written / oral instruction. Ability to inspect and test to specifications and record results.

Must be able to read, write and communicate in the English language

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT :

Lifting : Requires lifting of up to 15 lbs. frequently, up to 40 lbs. regularly, and up to 60 lbs. occasionally. (Not all positions require this skill)

EDUCATION :

Accredited High School Diploma / GED

WORK HOURS :

Full-Time M-F 5 : 30 AM - 2 : 00 PM

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
