We are seeking a Chiropractic Assistant to become a part of our team! The most important qualification to work at this office is the ability to concentrate on the needs of others. Our office structure is divided into 2 different types of days.

Clinic Day Responsibilities:

On clinic days, patient treatment is our focus. This is a small office, fast paced office, so you would be trained on front desk and back office duties, so that duties can be interchanged though out the day with other team members.

• Handle front desk administrative duties in a timely manner: Making appointments, collecting payment, answering phones
• Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff: Escort patients to rooms, help patients off tables, assist with physical therapy modalities, assisting patients with their exercises. 

Administrative Day Responsibilities:

• Communicate with external partner companies: ie insurance, medical offices, Attorney offices etc
• Utilize computer skills to access Insurance Company Apps to determine patient eligibility.
• Training- several computer-based options are used for training.

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in healthcare or other related fields
• Strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of human anatomy, thru previous course work or work experience. 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A well utilized smile.
