Job Overview:

We are looking for a sales consultant and health coach to work with patients to help them achieve their personal weight loss goals. The weight loss case manager will communicate the program to prospects and assist them on their journey.

Our program does not use medications and no injections. It is a highly effective, safe and sustainable program. We use healthy eating habits combined with healthy lifestyle to achieve the results patients are desiring. Our patients are able to keep the weight off long-term as we teach them throughout their journey how to maintain their weight loss in a healthy manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Working within a multidisciplinary healthcare team consulting patients about weight loss

· Monitor and evaluate patients’ progress

· Offer advice and support to patients when necessary

· Educate clients on healthy lifestyle choices and behaviors

· You must be extremely dependable

SKILLS

· You MUST have sales experience

· Outgoing personality with a strong desire to help people

· A love for helping and motivating people to take action to achieve their weight loss goals

· Excellent one-on-one communications skills with a personable and friendly personality

(you MUST be able to speak professionally)

· You MUST be in good physical shape and be able to present yourself as a healthy role model for patients seeking help with their weight loss needs

· Basic computer literacy

· Must be very comfortable discussing finances with patients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
