Occupational Therapist position available at our Pure Balance Center in Clifton, New Jersey. We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role offers flexible working hours, typically 1-2 days per week, with the potential for additional days in the future. You’ll work in a dynamic environment focused on patient care and physical rehabilitation.
Responsibilities:

- Evaluate patients to determine their needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Provide therapy to improve patients’ functional abilities and independence.
- Educate patients on exercises, daily living activities, and the use of adaptive devices.
- Track and document patient progress, modifying treatment as necessary.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient care.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Valid state license as an Occupational Therapist in New Jersey.
- Experience in physical rehabilitation.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with patients.
