Performs Intermediate work implementing the protection and promotion of the health of county residents through promotion and provision of population-based public health services, carrying the primary responsibility of the development and delivery of the Statewide Health Improvement Partnership (SHIP) in the County, including planning, implementing, and evaluating evidence-based community health strategies in targeted areas determined by SHIP, as well as other community health initiatives, and related work as apparent and assigned. Work is performed under the limited supervision of public health supervisor.
