If so, Chiumento Law in Palm Coast, Florida would like you to submit your resume for consideration towards an open LITIGATION ATTORNEY position. Partnership opportunity available. Now, since Florida is the nation’s fastest growing state, our law firm is expanding our personnel to meet the needs of our growing community.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances as required.
  • Represent Clients in court or before government agencies.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients.
  • Advise clients on business and legal transactions.
  • Negotiate settlements for legal disputes.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience, civil and commercial litigation, family law experience a plus.
  • Trial experience a must.
  • Current member of Florida Bar in good standing.
  • Strong legal research and writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent and effective communication skills.
