The Fruit Room Operator is responsible for the setup, operation and monitoring of the fruit room during production and CIP.

• Complete necessary paperwork
• Set up equipment for production and CIP
• Clean equipment and work area as necessary
• Monitor and change totes as necessary making sure to sanitize connections prior to hook-up
• Weigh totes and place in appropriate location
• Perform daily inventory and submit orders for fruit needed to meet production demands
• Test air pressure of totes for quality purposes
• Communicate with other departments frequently to ensure job tasks are completed
• Remove fruit waste as necessary
• Sample totes at the end of each use
• Train other employees as necessary
• Other duties as assigned
• Follow allergen procedures
• Follow Chobani safety procedures
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices

• 3 or more months of experience in a Production environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent
