Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Closing Manager at CHOICE ESCROW & LAND TITLE, LLC located in Springfield, MO. As a Closing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the closing process for real estate transactions. This includes coordinating with various parties such as lenders, real estate agents, and attorneys to ensure a smooth and timely closing. You will also be responsible for reviewing closing documents, preparing settlement statements, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
