Position Summary
The role of the Room Attendant is to ensure 100% guest satisfaction by providing guests with a clean, a comfortable and safe room.
The Radisson Hotel Nashville is looking forRoom Attendants to execute and deliver the housekeeping operations for our 169 room Hotel overlooking the beautiful Mississippi River.
SHIFTS/POSITIONS NEEDED:
1. AM Shift: 7:30am - 4:00pm Mon-Fri, 8:00am - 4:30pm Sat.-Sun.
2. PM Shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm

POSITION SUMMARY:
Cleans and prepares guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel standards.

• Prepares bed and bath linens
• Cleans and straightens room
• Cleans bathrooms, tubs, toilets
• Displays and replaces amenities and promotional materials
• Orders repairs as appropriate
• Returns articles left in rooms to Lost and Found

Maintains supplies necessary to clean rooms efficiently

• Keeps supply cart stocked
• Organizes and cleans linen closet - removes soiled, torn or worn linens
• Notifies Housekeeping Department of stock shortages and/or malfunctioning equipment
• Adheres to hotel policies and procedures
• Attends work on time as scheduled
• Follows safety and security rules and procedures

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• May need to sit or stand for long periods of time
• Proper lifting techniques required
• Exertion up to 75 pounds of force occasionally and/or 50 pounds of forces frequently
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
• Ability to use various equipment such as vacuum cleaners and buffers
