Job Description: Concierge - Full Time - Split Shift

Job Summary

The Concierge will be responsible for providing exceptional concierge service to residents of the property. This is a full-time position with split shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Handle resident complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
• And other duties as assigned by Resident Manager

Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience as a concierge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Flexibility to work split shifts
• Building Link preferred
