Job Description: Full Time Building Concierge / Some Porter duties in Brooklyn, NY

Job Summary

We are seeking a Full Time Building Concierge with some Porter duties for a Luxury Building in Brooklyn, NY. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents and guests, managing the front desk, and performing some porter duties as needed. This is a full time position with split hours. Two days per week will be 9-5 and three days per week will be overnight positions.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage the front desk, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling packages and mail
• Assist residents with requests and inquiries, 
• Coordinate with building staff to ensure smooth operations
• Perform some porter duties, such as cleaning common areas and assisting with maintenance tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Ensure the safety and security of the building and its residents

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a concierge or in a customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Weekend availability a must
