Minimum Qualifications

Minimum two years of experience in human services, at least one year supervisory experience. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Must be medication administration certified or eligible for certification, as well as able to complete all other required training.

Some travel is required, must have valid driver's license and meet driver's requirements per regulations.

Full-time, non-exempt position, 40hours/week with varying schedule, including some evenings and possible weekend hours. Emergency coverage and on-call coverage is required.

Major Responsibilities

Duties include, but not limited to the following:

• Supervise two homes and staff in Harrington and Seaford
• Training and supervising all direct support professional staff
• Developing and maintaining staffing schedule and staffing ratio
• Development and monitoring of all participant goals
• Maintain attendance billing
• Manage staffing and expenses within the budget, coordinate food shopping, ordering supplies
• Maintain vehicle service schedule
• Compliance with all regulations, polices, and procedures, surveys and audits
• Schedule and arrange all medical appointments, oversight of medication administration and medical requirements
• Oversee daily documentation of all services and complete manager entries into electronic files per regulation
• Monitor all functions of assigned residential site operations.

Pay: $20.75 - $29.75 per hour
