We need someone with at least 2 years of sushi making experience, This includes preparing whole bodies of fish and handling a wide variety of them and other ingredients, even garnishes. Preparing sushi rice, watching your inventory, and making sure that all orders and ingredients are within quality standards.

You will need to communicate with kitchen staff and wait staff as well as guests that are sat in front of you.

You will also need to maintain the standard of cleanliness and clean your work space at the end of the night.
