WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Engineer / Team Lead who will focus on solution architecture within our platform. Proficiency in cloud deployment skills would be beneficial for this role.
As a key member of our team, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development and solution architecture, with the ability to lead a team effectively.
You will be a part of a vibrant group, collaborating with specialist and business teams, demonstrating your technical knowledge, growing your soft/interpersonal skills and to help develop and improve the product offerings of Choreograph.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable and robust backend solutions within our Commerce platform.
• Focus on solution architecture, ensuring alignment with business requirements and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate backend components with frontend interfaces.
• Familiarity with database technologies and data modeling principles.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Experience with cloud deployment skills, such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform and streamlining development with CI/CD practices is a bonus.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in backend development and cloud technologies.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $125,000 to $295,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
