Your Career as a Client Success Specialist- IT

Your career as a Client Success Specialist-IT will consist of working with a variety of clients along with supporting our internal team members. We empower our employees to build their success, develop professionally, and become the best version of themselves both professionally and personally.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Chortek's Internal IT Support Inventory Procurement and Management.
• Standard Opportunity Creation, Delivery and Follow-Up using PSA (Autotask)
• Support Project Opportunity Creation and Coordination in PSA (Autotask)
• Leads Dark Web Monitoring and Security Awareness Training (ID Agent)
• Responsible for Creation and Maintenance of Client Success Team SOP Documentation (IT Glue)
• Participates in Vendor Relationship Management via Regularly Scheduled Virtual Meetings
• Involved in Onboarding of New/Upgraded MNS Clients
• Awareness of Client Contracts using PSA (Autotask)
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve questions as needed.
• Provide consistent, professional, courteous, and high-quality support service to both internal and external clients.

Expectations:

• Become proficient with CSM in Client Relations and Communications (To and From Clients),
• Demonstrates proficient knowledge in CSM in New/Upgraded MNS Opportunities,

Experience:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in IT.
• Minimum of 1 year of related work experience.
• IT knowledge.
• Customer service orientation and negotiation skills.
• Ability for a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
