Responsibilities
•Coordinate interviews and skills testing with qualified candidates
•Collaborate with division leadership to prepare and post new job listings, for the general public and internal candidates
•Review resume submissions and make sure the most promising candidates are flagged for consideration
•Follow up with all candidates whether they receive an offer or rejection, making sure to provide clear and timely information
Qualifications
•Experience with creating targeted job descriptions that appeal to qualified candidates
•Over 3 years of recruiting industry experience, preferably 5 years
•Interpersonal, interviewing, and communication skills are a must
•Strong networking skills and the ability to identify highly-skilled talent during the recruitment process
