One man personal injury law firm who is seeking a person with 3-5 years minimum experience as a paralegal or legal assistant with a high degree of knowledge regarding personal injury litigation. 

You must have worked for a plaintiffs PI firm and/or an insurance defense law firm.

Most importantly you must have a track record of being at each firm for no less than two to three years.
