Our ideal candidate for this 25-hours-a-week role is someone who is detailed and organized and thrives in the fast-paced world that is Next Gen ministries. This person helps ensure the administrative processes are functioning like a well-oiled machine for both children's ministry and student ministries. Playing a vital role in both children's and student ministry's programming and events, this role pours into Next Gen volunteers to make sure they are plugged in and serving in their sweet spot.
