Christ's Church of Flagstaff is a large, busy and fun church. We have a lot going on at all of our facilities. We are a fun staff and strive to create a healthy working environment across all of our teams.

Our Facilities & Maintenance lead is vital in creating a seamless, undistracting place for the ministry of CCoF and by ensuring that all facilities are working order.

Essential Job Functions

• General ability (or willingness to learn) construction and maintenance in these areas:
• Electric
• Plumbing
• Basic construction knowledge for repair and small building projects
• Drywall
• Painting
• HVAC
• Minor roof leak repair
• Grounds and landscaping maintenance
• Gutters & scuppers
• Alarm systems
• Vehicle maintenance
• Note: CCoF uses outside contractors for the above as needed, however the ideal candidate will have enough knowledge to assess and do small repairs without having to call in a professional first. This person will also know when a professional is needed.
• Responsibility and ownership for completion of items in the annual maintenance calendar (to be provided).
• Snow Removal-this person is responsible for snow removal for all CCoF facilities
• Limited On-call for emergencies-Though scheduled hours are during the week and flexible, this person must be able to assist with facility emergencies should they arise.
• Leading large projects-Must be able to coordinate and lead logistics and personnel for large projects. For example: a bathroom remodel, stage refresh, etc.
• The ideal candidate will be able to complete assigned tasks as needed but will also be able to see what needs to be done and will undertake completion of those projects without direction.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
