Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Technician to deliver exceptional frontline technical support to end-users. This role is responsible for resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues while ensuring a seamless user experience. Responsibilities include configuring systems and peripherals for new hires, managing IT assets and inventory to ensure compliance with company standards, and maintaining detailed documentation for troubleshooting processes. Additionally, training users on effective system utilization and cybersecurity best practices is essential, along with overseeing helpdesk tickets and escalating complex issues to senior IT staff as necessary. Passion for technology and strong problem-solving skills are highly valued in this position.
