Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Docketing Specialist. The Docketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining the firm's CPi docketing system; intake processing from the USPTO, attorney's, clients, and foreign counsel; communicating daily dockets to attorneys; generating reporting letters for clients; and assisting with various administrative tasks. This role will be primarily based in Maple Grove, MN, with the flexibility for some remote work.

• Superior attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in using web-based software and technology
• Demonstrable communication skills using email and MS Teams
• Prior experience in docketing or legal administration is a plus
• Bachelor's degree, associate's degree in paralegal studies, or equivalent experience
