Service consultant/ Advisor
Christi Hubler Chevrolet, in Crawfordsville, IN is growing and looking for 1 quality Service Advisor to become part of our talented team!
If you are a self-motivated professional with a proven ability to generate customer loyalty, are genuinely excited being the customer’s first point of contact -and accept nothing less than being part of a top-performing team this Chevrolet service career may be for you. Service advisor experience preferred but not required as we will train our processes and procedures to ensure success! However, you must have previous customer relations and sales background if you do not have service advisor experience.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assume full responsibility for the entire service process, including:
- Greeting customers and fulfilling their servicing needs
- Strong CSI scores in your past job as taking care of our customers is job #1
- Strong follow up skills to call customers back timely and keep them informed of the progress of their repairs.
- Working with both customers and the technicians to communicate the problems the customer may be having with their vehicle.
- Use provided technology to ensure full transparency to customer.
- Establishing a sustained consultative relationship with each client.
- Adhere to our internal processes and procedures without variation.
