We seek to hire a substitute Receptionist to serve in the absence of the regular Full-time Receptionsist. The substitute Receptionist will answer a multi-line telephone system, assist visitors and create a welcoming atmosphere. Must be flexible, be able to multi-task and thrive in a team environment with a high level of confidentiality. This person should have computer knowledge that includes Outlook, Word and Excel. The successful candidate will possess a warm, welcoming and friendly voice, outstanding interpersonal skills and demonstrate a strong reflection of a clear Christian testimony.

The key responsibilities will be as follows:

* Greet all guests (parents, visitors, students, and staff) quickly, courteously, and professionally in a fast-paced setting

* Accurately disseminate general information and direct inquiries to the appropriate party

* Clerical work as assigned by the Human Resource Director. Work includes data entry, filing, mailings, document proofing, and various projects as they arise

* Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of the job

* Assists students and parents by giving relevant information and/or referring to appropriate staff members

* Supervises the distribution of accurate information and appropriate forms to parents, students, and Teachers

* Supervises the signing in and out of students

* Provides support for school mailings

The hours are 7:15 am- 3:15 pm.
