Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient office operations.

Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Type, transcribe, and distribute correspondence
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing and data entry

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Must be able to multi-task in fast-paced environment with the ability to complete jobs in timely manner
