Description:

A Christian organization is seeking an individual who is personable, motivated and self-directed, to serve as the front desk receptionist.

To be successful in this role, you should be proactive, meet deadlines and communicate effectively greeting guest and clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be personable and engaging
  • You must have a minimum of three years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Receptionist.
  • Familiarity with online calendars
  • Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Proficient in the use of standard office tools (copier, scanners, fax , etc.)
  • Have excellent command of English language, composition and punctuation

  • JOB DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

General Office Administration

  • Handle phone, email and postal mail inquiries and respond appropriately
  • Draft and edit correspondence; transcribe meeting notes
  • Maintain and organize appointment calendar with prompt reminders to administration
  • Organize and maintain email correspondence and immediate responses to inquiry
  • Screen and route all incoming calls, respond to new inquiries
  • Keep accurate records
  • Schedule and attend meetings and record minutes as requested.
  • Organization of all files and all paperwork and records having items labeled where it can easily be located
  • Prepare, proof read documents and print necessary paperwork

Be ever conscious of the need for confidentiality.

  • Be a self-starter and good at multi-tasking and prioritizing projects.
  • Possess strong administrative skills and the ability to work independently without supervision.
