In-Home Caregiver

Job Overview:
Join our team as an In-Home Caregiver and make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals in need of care and support. As an integral part of our caregiving team, you will provide compassionate assistance to clients within the comfort of their own homes.

Duties:
- Provide care to clients in their homes
- Support clients to live on their own and assist with needed activities to encourage life at home is safe and healthy
- Provide a positive, up-lifting attitude when with clients to encourage companionship and care

Requirements:
To be eligible for this position, applicants must:
- Possess experience in caregiving or related fields
- Demonstrate empathy and compassion towards individuals requiring care
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to respond effectively to client needs
- Be reliable, punctual, and dedicated to providing quality care

Additional Requirements:
In addition, applicants must:
- Complete necessary onboarding paperwork and training
- Own a cell phone for clocking in/out and tracking location
- Hold a valid driver's license

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
• BLS Certification (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• La Crosse, WI (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• La Crosse, WI: Relocate before starting work (Required)
