About This Position
ChristianaCare is searching for a Senior Organization and Leadership Development Consultant to facilitate large scale organizational and department/service-level change through organizational development (OD) consulting services and leadership development programming. The senior consultant supports priority organizational change initiatives, partners with senior and middle managers to improve employee engagement, and provides leadership development programming and coaching to strengthen our capacity to achieve ChristianaCare's strategic goals.
