Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for facilitating the purchase and sale of properties, providing guidance to clients, and ensuring smooth transactions.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties - Conduct market research to determine property value - Create listings and market properties for sale - Show properties to potential buyers or renters - Negotiate contracts and terms of sale - Stay updated on real estate laws and regulations - Maintain fair housing practices - Provide excellent customer service throughout the transaction process
Qualifications:

Pay:
This is a commission only position as realtors are paid commissions on closings.
